My computer time keeps changing all the time no matter how many times I reset it, I laready changed the motherboard battery, what esle can I do?

My guess would be a trojan, download and install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, turn off System Restore, reboot in safe mode and run a complete scan. Once the scan is finished click the Show Results button and get rid of the infections on your computer.

When done reboot normally, turn System Restore back on!
